摘    要:为了研究膨胀管补贴技术中降低膨胀压力的方法,降低作业压力,提高作业安全性,理论分析了膨胀管补贴作业中的两种典型工况:直井膨胀管补贴、水平井膨胀管补贴。定义并分析了膨胀锥所受液压力;进而分析了膨胀管管柱和膨胀锥的受力及运动状态,分析认为膨胀管作业过程中打压管柱中的压应力对膨胀有阻碍作用,应在膨胀管前端加装伸缩短节。研究工作有助于膨胀工具和膨胀工艺的研发及改进。

Analysis on mechanical behaviors and movements of the expansion tools in solid expandable technology

Abstract:In order to decrease the hydraulic pressure in the expandable tubular operation and enhance the HSE standard, the paper analyze the two kinds of working condition the expansion operation in vertical and horizontal holes respectively. The Hydraulic force acted on the expansion cone is defined and analyzed; in vertical and horizontal wells, the mechanical behaviors and movements of the expansion tools are researched respectively. In the analysis, the compression stress in the hydraulic pipe is bad for the operation. For decreasing the compressive stress, a telescopic joint should be connected to the top of the expansion pipe. These researches are conducive for the RD and improvement of expansion tools and expansion process.
