萃取精馏分离C4的流程优化

摘    要:分别建立了ACN法和DMF法分离C4的Wilson活度系数模型,并运用计算机模拟软件对萃取精馏分离C4的流程进行优化。ACN法流程优化的原则是在原流程改动少的前提下,调节萃取精馏塔内流相负荷,DMF法流程优化的原则是改进塔板结构,减少丁二烯的相变次数。

Abstract:The VLE models of extractive distillation with ACN method and DMF method for separating C4 were set up respectively by using Wilson equation. In terms of the models the processes of separating C4 were optimized by the computer simulation software. The optimization of ACN method was done by regulating liquid load in the second extractive distillation column with few changes between original and optimum processes. On the other hand, the optimization of DMF method was done by improving tray configuration and decreasing the times of butadiene phase changes.
