掺烧生物质燃料对燃煤锅炉效率的影响分析

摘    要:某300MW燃煤锅炉掺烧稻壳采用冷风输送;为了减小冷风输送稻壳对锅炉效率的影响,计算了稻壳分别采用不同送风温度、不同掺烧比例时对锅炉效率、排烟温度、水蒸气容积份额、飞灰浓度等方面的影响。计算结果表明:随着稻壳掺烧比例的增加,锅炉效率下降,排烟温度升高;当稻壳掺烧比例为20%,20℃冷风输送稻壳时,排烟温度升高27.1℃,锅炉效率下降1.65%;当稻壳掺烧比例为20%,200℃热风输送稻壳时,排烟温度升高21.3℃,锅炉效率下降1.3%。

Abstract:Ricehull is delivered by cold-blast air into a 300MW power boiler co-firing ricehull and coal.In order to reduce the influences of this cold delivery on boiler thermal efficiency.Different supply air temperature and different blending ratio influencing on the boiler thermal efficiency,exhaust fume temperature,volume share of water vapor,density of fly ash are calculated separately in this paper.When the blending ratio increases,the boiler thermal efficiency decreases whereas the exhaust fume temperature increases.When the blending ratio is 20% and the supply air temperature is 20℃,the exhaust fume temperature increases by 27.1℃ and the boiler thermal efficiency decreases by 1.65%;when the blending ratio is 20% and the supply air temperature is 200℃,the exhaust fume temperature increases by 21.3℃ and the boiler thermal efficiency decreases by 1.3%.
