气压助力离合总泵设计与开发

摘    要:随着用户对车辆操纵舒适性的要求越来越高,小动力段商用车也反映离合踏板沉重的问题。目前小动力段商用车离合操纵助力形式有两种:1、液压制动车辆开始采用真空助力离合总泵结构。2、离合踏板采用弹簧机械助力,但助力效果不明显,并且松离合时踏板受弹簧回力作用,脚感很差。气压制动车辆用户反应操纵沉重,受装配空间限制,气压助力离合分泵无法装配,无法实现离合操纵系统助力。下面介绍一种气压助力离合总泵完全可以解决以上问题。
