摘    要:龙滩水电站作为南方电网最大的调峰调频电厂,其自动发电控制(AGC)的安全性能对电网及发电厂的安全稳定至关重要。在AGC的安全策略上做了充分的论证和试验,以龙滩电站巨型机组为例,对具体包括功能约束和保护闭锁的AGC安全性策略作了阐述,对今后巨型电站AGC试验和运行有一定工程借鉴意义。

Safety measures for AGC of Longtan Hydropower Station

Abstract:The original target of AGC for hydropower Stations is to distribute power load among units by a safe and effectivemethod based on requirements of flux or electric grid as well as considering restriction of units. Taking Guangxi Longtanhydropower station as an example, this paper expatiates on safe strategies of AGC, which include function restrictions,borderline qualification, protection policies and closedown conditions. It offers reference for AGC test and operation of hugehydropower Stations.
