| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了用普通低合金钢经直接淬火后回火生产φ339.7×12.19mm大口径P110级石油套管的工艺和性能。经检验证明,套管的机械性能和尺寸精度完全达到了美国API标准的要求。

| Abstract: | The production process and Properties of P110 grade large oil casings of φ339.7×12.19mm produced from common low-alloy steel with the heat treatment system of direct quenching followed by tempering are described. The test result shows that the mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy of the casings fully meet the requirements specified by American API standard. |
