摘    要:介绍6.50R16LT 10PR冬季无镶钉轻型载重子午线轮胎的设计.结构设计:外直径 747mm,断面宽171mm,行驶面宽度146mm,胎圈着合直径404.8mm,胎圈着合宽度 154 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.100 9,采用之字形花纹设计,花纹深度14.4 mm,花纹饱和度65%,花纹周节数71.施工设计:胎面采用三复合挤出工艺挤出,胎体采用2层1670dtex/2聚酯浸胶帘布,带束层采用3层3×0.2+6×0.35HT钢丝帘布,采用二次法成型机成型、双模定型硫化机硫化.成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求.

Abstract:The design of 6. 50R16LT 10PR winter light truck radial tire without nails was de scribed. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 747 ram,crosssectional width 171 ram,width of running surface 146 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 404.8 ram, bead width at rim seat 154 mm,maximum width position of cross section(H1/H2) 1. 100 9,zigzag tread pattern, pattern depth 14.4 mm,block/total ratio 65%,and total number of pitches 71. In the construction design,the following processes were taken:co-extruded tread,2 layers of 1670dtex/2 polyester dipped cord for carcass ply, three layers of 3 × 0.2 +6 × 0.35 HT steel cord for belt, two stage building machine to build tires and curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that, the peripheral dimension, strength performance, endurance performance and high speed performance met the requirements in design and national standard.
