电能表标准装置远方监测平台研究

摘    要:针对目前电能表标准装置管控缺乏实时在线监测的问题,为保证电能计量准确性,对电能表标准装置准确性远方检测及状态监测平台进行了研究.该平台可实现各计量中心电能表标准装置的误差变化情况、稳定度、利用率及被校电能表合格率等运行情况的远程监控,实现区域内乃至云南全省范围内的电能计量检测、检定、试验能力的全面管控和评价.

Research on Remote Monitoring Platform for Meter Standard Device

Abstract:According to the situation that the control of meter standard device lacking of real - time online monitoring and to ensure the accuracy of energy measurement, this paper study on a accuracy remote detecting and condition monitoring platform of meter standard device. The monitoring platform can implement remote monitoring of the operational condition of meter standard device in each metrology center, such as the change of the error, stability, utilization and the pass rate of calibrated power meter. Further more, it can implement the comprehensive control and evaluation of the energy measurement' s testing and verification ability in some area and even in the full range of Yunnan province.
