巴家嘴水库除险加固方案与黄河支流水库治理方向

摘    要:巴家嘴水库由于淤积严重,虽对坝体进行两次加高,并增开泄洪洞,但目前所余库容已不足防御校核标准洪水,属病险库。如何使该库既能继续为当地兴利,又能减少黄河泥沙,是除险加固应遵循的原则,应进行多种方案比较。黄河支流水库多建于20世纪50~70年代,目前这些水库普遍存在淤积量大、防洪库容不足的问题,应在调查研究基础上,因地制宜地作好除险加固规划方案。

Abstract:Because of serious sedimentation, Bajiazui reservoir is now in dangers without enough capacity storage for checked standard flood prevention even though the dam body has been raised and strengthened twice and also an additional flood discharge tunnel constructed. The principle for its risk elimination and solidification is how to make the reservoir continuously not only bring about benefit to local people but also reduce sediment into the Yellow River, therefore, multi plan comparison should be applied. Most reservoirs on the Yellow River branches are built in 1950s to 1970s,there are generally issues of intense sedimentation and lack of storage capacity for flood prevention currently existing with them. Thus, plans for risk elimination and solidification should be made according to specific situations and based on investigation and research.
