小型气候箱绝缘套管电场分析与结构优化设计

摘    要:通过绝缘套管向小型气候箱内引入高电压进行考虑气候因素的高压放电试验时,若绝缘套管结构设计不合理,容易发生局部放电进而加速套管绝缘老化。为避免这一现象发生,在自制小型气候箱前,首先利用ANSYS软件对小型气候箱绝缘套管电场分布进行仿真分析。从分析结果发现,在安装板处套管电场强度较高,且分布极不均匀。对绝缘套管的结构及安装方式提出优化设计方案,明显改善了电场的分布状况,这一优化方案对于绝缘套管的生产及加工具有现实的指导意义。

Abstract:When high voltage discharge experiment was carried in small climate box through introduction of high voltage by insulation sleeve, the insulation sleeve may cause insulation aging and partial discharge phenomenon if its structure design is not reasonable. In order to avoid the occurrence of this phenomenon, electric field simulation and analysis of insulation sleeve are presented in the paper by means of ANSYS software. The analysis results show that high electric field is focused on the sleeve which is near the mounting plate, and electric field distribution is extremely uneven. Optimization design scheme of insulation sleeve and installation style is proposed, the distribu- tion of electric field is significantly improved. This optimization scheme is of great realistic significance for the pro- duction and processing of insulation sleeve.
