摘    要:配电变压器是电力系统配电网络中主要的电气设备,其在运行过程中不可避免地遭受到各种短路故障电流冲击而导致变压器绕组的变形。为了能够及时发现变压器的事故隐患、提高工作效率,研制了一套基于脉冲信号注入法的配电变压器绕组变形在线监测系统。该系统通过安装在变压器主馈线上的电容分压器低压臂注入脉冲信号并进行参数测量,采用LabVIEW编写了监测系统软件,实现了配电变压器绕组变形的在线监测,实验验证了监测系统的有效性。

Abstract:Distribution tJansformer is a significant asset for any distribution power system. Short circuit currents or forces can cause mechanical faults in transformer winding. In order to pre-discover the hidden trouble of the trans- former, in this paper, an on-line monitoring system based on FRA method is developed. A nanosecond impulse sig- nal generator is used to inject impulse signals through a capacity divider, realizing the on-line monitoring for wind- ing deformation of power Iransformer, and the system software is developed based on the LabVIEW platform. Ex- periments have been carried out on the transformer in the laboratory and the experiment results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the on-line monitoring system.
