摘    要:有效利用排烟余热是提高运行经济性的措施之一。以某亚临界300MW燃煤机组锅炉为研究对象。采用等效焓降理论,定量分析了一次风机暖风器利用锅炉排烟余热技术的经济性。研究表明:优化的低压省煤器一暖风器联合换热系统的实际运行效果良好;在机组额定负荷下,锅炉尾部烟温可下降约20℃,发电标准煤耗下降约1.2g/kW·h,实际年收益可达52万元;随机组负荷的降低,经济性效果更加显著。

Abstract:Effective utilization of exhaust heat is one of the measures improving operating economy. For a sub-criti- cal 300 MW unit, the equivalent entha|py drop method is used to investigate the economy of recovering exhaust heat of boiler to the air healers of primary fans. The results show that the operating performance is remarkable for the op- timized exchanger system including low pressure economizer and air heater. In addition, under the rated load, the exhaust gas temperature is reduced by 20℃ , the consumption of standard coal is decreased by 1.2 g/ ( kW· h) , and the actual annual revenue is about 520, 000 yuan. And the economic benefit is more significant under the low load condition.
