摘    要:为了提高脱硫设备防腐的可靠性,针对燃用高硫煤对湿法脱硫FGD的脱硫效率与防腐可靠性的影响进行了分析,阐明了FGD的腐蚀环境与腐蚀类型,比较了耐腐蚀合金、橡胶衬里、玻璃鳞片、GDAHPCT(APC)杂化聚合物等防腐材料的性能,提出了火力发电厂湿法脱硫的防腐工艺优化建议,为提高防腐的可靠性提供了参考。

Abstract:In order to improve the reliability of the desulfurization equipment antieorrosion, the influence of bum- ing high sutfur coal on the desulfurization efficiency and antieorrosive reliability of wet flue gas desulfurization (FGD) is analyzed, the corrosion environment and corrosion type of FGD are illustrated, the perforrnance comparison of corrosion resistant alloy, rubber lining, glass flake, GDAHPCT ( APC ) hybrid polymer coating materials is conducted. The anticorrosion technology and optimization suggestions of wet flue gas desulfurization of thermal power plant are presented, which provide references for improving the reliability of anticorrosion.
