摘    要:针对剩余电流动作保护器(RCD)的安装数量巨大、分布广泛,给传统监管模式的管理带来沉重负担和监管风险等问题,设计了一整套RCD运行智能监管系统,包括其特性参数的终端测试仪以及后台管理系统。通过对电力系统中RCD的监管,实现了监管的电子化、信息化、智能化。

Development of Monitoring System on Residual Current Operated Protective Device

Abstract:Residual current operated protective device (RCD)can improve low voltage power distribution network. But a huge amount of wide distribution of RCD is very complicated, the traditional regulatory model of RCD supervision has brought a heavy burden and regulatory risk. In order to solve this problem, a set of intelligent RCD monitoring system was designed, including the measurement of RCD tester of terminal parameters and the background management system, to achieve RCD supervision and regulation electronization, informatization, intelligentization.
