| Abstract: | Workflow and workflow management system are discussed in this paper.Based on the generic business requirement of IT enterprise,the workflow-based office automation system’s system process,function modules and the design of its structure are investigated.A common model of the workflow-based office automation system is put forward,which can supply reference to OA system design. |
