摘    要:利用端羟基超支化聚合物(HPAE)末端所具有的大量活性基团,将Fe3+负载于其上合成了一种新型的超支化聚合物絮凝剂(HPAE-F).通过单因素实验优化了HPAE-F合成条件,较佳条件为:m(HPAE)∶m[Fe2(SO4)3]=2∶1,pH=2,反应温度30℃,反应时间18 h.利用IR、UV、1H NMR对HPAE-...

Abstract:Hydroxyl hyperbranched polymer(HPAE) ends possess many active groups.A new polymer flocculant(HPAE-F) was prepared by loading Fe~(3+) on it.The optimal conditions were:m(HPAE): m[Fe_2(SO_4)_3]= 2:1,pH = 2,reaction temperature 30℃,reaction time 18 h.IR,UV and ~1H NMR were used to characterize the structure of HPAE-F.Its heat stability was tested by thermal analysis. It was applied in flocculating settling of oil and gas waste drilling fluid and the results showed that HPAE-F had good flocculation effect on waste drilling fluid,with the colar removing of 95%from the supernatant fluid and luminousness of 96.5%.
