锂离子电池电解液添加剂联用技术

摘    要:阐述在锂离子电池电解液中将氟代碳酸乙烯酯(FEC)和四氟硼酸锂(LiBF4)两种添加剂联合使用,通过电解液的物理指标测试、电池在高温条件下的充放电及循环性能的测试,重点研究了组合添加剂与锂离子电池性能的关系,以及对SEI膜形成与稳定的影响.结果表明,使用复合添加剂有明显的优势,同时将FEC和LiBF4作为锂离子电池电解液的添加剂,可利用添加剂间的协同作用来改善锂离子电池的高温性能.

Abstract:The combination of fluoroethylene carbonate(FEC) and LiBF4 as lithium-ion battery electrolytes additives is introduced.According to the results of electrolyte physical index test,charge-discharge test and cycling performance of batteries at high temperature,the relationship between the combination of these two additives and lithium-ion battery performance,and its influence on SEI film formation and its stability are studies specifically in this research.The results exhibited excellent electrochemical behavior of this compound additive in the electrolyte,which could improve the performance of batteries at high temperature because of the synergies.
