摘    要:针对胎圈钢丝由φ2.0mm拉拔至φ1.75mm道次所用拉丝模.采用ANSYS有限元分析软件为平台。设计了用指数函数式表示的新孔形模具,分析了孔形结构优化前后拉拔过程的应力分布情况。结果表明,使用新孔形模具可以改善应力集中现象,减小拉拔工作区最大应力,说明其有利于缓解原始模具使用过程中的断丝、磨损等现象,甚至有利于减小拉拔力和降低拉丝过程的能耗。图3表4参10

Abstract:Aiming at the drawing die used for tyre bead wires from φ2. 0mmto φ1.75 mm, a drawing die with new aperture based on the exponent function was designed with the platform of FEA software ANSYS. The stress distribution within the die during the drawing process before and after the aperture optimization was compared. The results show that the adoption of new aperture alleviates the stress concentration and reduces the maximum stress with the working area, which will decrease the wire breakage and die abrasion with the original drawing die, and it will also be helpful to reduce the drawing force and energy consumption.
