业务流程绩效的模糊综合评判

摘    要:业务流程绩效评价往往要受到多个指标的影响,将模糊综合评判应用于业务流程绩效评价当中,可以有效地考虑模糊指标的影响,本结合实例讨论了整个评判的过程,其结果可以以作为选择流程重构方案的参考依据。

Abstract:Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and other approaches have been used to evaluate the performance of business process reengineering. However, these methods cannot meet the need of performance evaluation when the process performance is dependent on fuzzy factors; it is quite usual that factors are fuzzy. This paper presents a new method of performance evaluation for business process reengineering based on fuzzy logic. The method uses evaluation matrix and relationship function to deal with fuzzy factors. An example is used to select the best scheme from possible reengineering schemes.
