污水泵站模糊自学习控制系统

摘    要:以最小耗能为优化目标 ,管网污水溢出概率最小为约束条件建立污水泵站系统最优控制模型 ;用改进遗传算法调整模糊控制器的规则优化模糊控制器的参数 ,使控制器具有良好的自学习功能与鲁棒性。采用该控制系统与VVVF结合在实际污水泵站中应用表明比传统控制方式性能更加优越 ,泵站水位能够在目标水位稳定运行 ,实现泵出流量与流入流量均衡的最佳泵站运行工况 ,从而达到节电效果最佳、区域污水外溢污染最小的双优控制目标 ,具有实用价值

Abstract:A design of sewage pumping station fuzzy self learning control system based on improved genetic algorithm is proposed and the mathematical model based on energy and network pollution minimizing is presented.The Fuzzy controller rules are acquired by improved genetic algorithm and parameters are optimized.The design of fuzzy controller has been proved to have good robustness with simulating calculation.Combining of the method proposed in this article with VVVF is more advanced than the traditional method with constant rate.Water level can keep unvarying at aimed water level and achieve that flux in equals to flux out.It could achieve the optimal control goal of energy and pollution minimizing.Through simulating experiment,the system has practical value.
