AlCl_3催化环己烯齐聚的研究

摘    要:使用氯化铝为催化剂对环己烯的聚合进行了研究。考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂质量分数等工艺条件对齐聚产物收率的影响。确定了环己烯齐聚的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,温度为60℃,反应时间为5 h,催化剂质量分数为2%。在最佳工艺条件下,进行了放大实验,产品收率为72.4%,齐聚产物中只有环己烯的二聚、三聚、四聚和五聚产物,没有裂解产品。

Abstract:The cyclohexene had been studied with aluminium chloride as catalyst.The effects of various kinds of technological conditions,such as reaction temperature,reaction time,mass fraction of the aluminium chloride catalyst on the yield of the products were studied.The optimum conditions of the oligomerization of cyclohexene were as follows:temperature 60 ℃,the reaction time 5 h,the mass fraction of the aluminium chloride 2%.Under the optimum conditions,enlarge experiment of the oligomerization of cyclohexene was studied,the results showed that the yield was 72.4%,the product was the mixture of dimer,trimer,tetramer and pentamer without crackate.
