物理破乳技术在废油处理中的应用

摘    要:针对目前废油资源化处理中油水乳化液的化学成分及乳状结构的复杂性,常规化学破乳方法成本高、针对性强、易腐蚀设备等问题,综述了外加电场、磁场、离心场等物理破乳技术在废油处理中的应用和研究现状,提出了水击谐波破乳的新方法,丰富了在废油处理中的物理破乳方法。分析了物理破乳方法的发展趋势。

Abstract:Based on the complex nature of chemical composition and emulsion oil construction in waste oil recovery technology,the cost,targeted and corrosive equipment of conventional chemical method in breaking emulsion,the application and current research of physical demulsification technology applied electric and magnetic and centrifugal field in processing waste oil were reviewed,the direction of development of the physical demulsification method was pointed out.It proposed the new method of harmonic theory from water hammer in breaking emulsion,so the physical technology of breaking emulsion in the waste oil processing was continuously enriched and developed.The development trend of the physical emulsion breaking methods was analysed.
