摘    要:白坪煤业13031工作面对应地表山顶存在一个高55 m钢桁架结构的铁塔。铁塔东部及南部均为陡峭悬崖,下部压煤区域煤层厚度5.0~13.8 m,地形地质条件较复杂,铁塔存在受采动影响地表移动变形出现基础沉降、塔身变形甚至失稳倾覆。为了有效保护广播电视信号铁塔免受采动影响,同时又能够最大限度地采出煤炭资源,提高矿井经济效益,经过系统分析、充分论证,采用可调式联体井字梁基础改造加固技术、可调整联体井字钢梁基墩架构改造和抱箍式注浆加固技术,有效保障了铁塔安全,实现煤炭生产与矿区资源环境协调发展的绿色开采目标。

Abstract:There is an iron tower with a steel truss structure with a height of 55 m at the 13031 working face of Baiping Coal Industry corresponding to the top of the surface.The eastern and southern parts of the tower are steep cliffs,and the coal seam thickness in the lower coal-pressing area is 5.0~13.8 m,and the topographic and geological conditions are complex.The iron tower has ground movement and deformation under the influence of mining,resulting in foundation settlement,tower body deformation and even instability and overturning.In order to effectively protect the radio and television signal towers from mining,and at the same time to maximize the extraction of coal resources and improve the economic benefits of the mine,after systematic analysis and full demonstration,the adjustable conjoined well-shaped beam foundation reconstruction and reinforcement technology,adjustable conjoined well-shaped steel beam foundation pier structure reconstruction and reinforcement technology and hoop grouting reinforcement technology effectively ensure the safety of the iron tower and achieve the green mining goal of coordinated development of coal production and mining resources and environment.
