摘    要:将HY微孔分子筛引入到萘加氢催化剂NiO/SBA-16的载体中,制备出萘加氢催化剂NiO/HY-SBA-16,采用X射线衍射仪、氮气吸附-脱附仪、吡啶吸附红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜等仪器对催化剂进行了表征,并考察了HY分子筛对催化剂萘加氢反应活性的影响。结果表明:与NiO/SBA-16相比,催化剂NiO/HY-SBA-16的比表面积增大,酸强度和酸量明显增加;萘加氢反应中萘的转化率提高了6.1个百分点,十氢萘的选择性提高了6.0个百分点。

Abstract:The microporous molecular sieve HY was introduced into the prepared naphthalene hydrogenation catalyst NiO/SBA-16 as one of the carrier materials and then the catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffractometer, nitrogen adsorption-desorption analyzer, pyridine adsorption infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope and other instruments. The effect of HY on activity of the catalyst in the hydrogenation of naphthalene were investigated. The results showed that compared to NiO/SBA-16, the specific surface area, acidity strength and amount of acid of the catalyst NiO/HY-SBA-16 had increased. The conversion of naphthalene in the naphthalene hydrogenation reaction had increased by 6.1 percentage points and the selectivity of decalin had increased by 6.0 percentage points.
