某矿43308沿空留巷围岩控制技术研究

摘    要:针对某矿43308综采工作面运输巷采用柔模混凝土沿空留巷的方法保留下来的工程背景,在该工作面生产地质条件的基础上,对运输巷超前影响段及留巷段矿压显现规律进行数值模拟分析,结果显示,巷道超前影响段垂直应力峰值在工作面前方5~10 m的位置,较大影响范围为30 m;而在留巷段,在工作面侧向应力扰动下,围岩应力环境劣化,围岩变形加剧。对运输巷设计了超前段、滞后段补强的支护方案及巷旁支护方案,现场监测显示留巷围岩稳定。

Abstract:In view of the engineering background retained by the method of retaining roadway along the goaf with flexible formwork concrete in the transportation chute of 43308 fully-mechanized mining face in a mine,based on the production geological conditions of the working face,this paper numerically simulates and analyzes the ground pressure behavior law of the advance influence section and retaining roadway section of the transportation chute.The results show that the peak value of the vertical stress in the advance influence section of the roadway is about 5~10 m in front of the working face,and the larger influence range is 30 m.In the reserved roadway section,under the lateral stress disturbance of the working face,the surrounding rock stress environment deteriorates and the surrounding rock deformation intensifies.We have designed supporting plans for the transportation lanes,including reinforcement for the front and lagging sections,as well as supporting plans for the side of the lanes.The on-site monitoring shows that the surrounding rock of the reserved roadway is stable.
