瓦斯与煤自燃复合灾害监测预警系统研究与应用

摘    要:为了解决高瓦斯易自燃煤层工作面采空区瓦斯与煤自燃复合灾害防治智能化程度低、缺乏灾害风险的精准分级管控等问题,构建了以瓦斯抽采与自然发火监测数据为基础、以风险分级智能化管控为核心的瓦斯与煤自燃复合灾害监测预警系统。采用API接口调用方式建立数据采集平台,构建了基于多源信息融合、K-Means聚类分析、预警规则知识库等方法的分析预警模型,设计开发了瓦斯与煤自燃复合灾害监测预警系统软件,实现了复合灾害的精准监控、风险动态评判和智能预警。在试点工作面的应用结果表明,该系统可直观展示复合灾害监测预警信息,使采空区瓦斯与煤自燃复合灾害防治工作透明化,有效提升了灾害防治的智能化水平。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of low intelligence in gas and coal spontaneous combustion compound disaster prevention and control,lack of accurate classification and dynamic control of disaster risk in goaf of coal seam working face with high gas and easy spontaneous combustion,the monitoring and early warning systems for compound disaster of gas and coal spontaneous combustion is constructed based on gas extraction and spontaneous ignition monitoring data and centered on security risk classification and intelligent control.Data acquisition platform is established by using API interface call method,the disaster risk analysis and early warning model is constructed based on the method of multi-source information fusion,K-means cluster analysis model,and knowledge base of warning rules,the software of monitoring and early warning system for gas and coal spontaneous combustion is developed,so as to realize precise monitoring,risk dynamic evaluation and intelligent early warning of complex disasters.The system is applied in the pilot working face,the field test results show that it can display the monitoring and early warning information of composite disaster intuitively,realize the transparency of goaf gas and coal spontaneous combustion compound disaster prevention work,and effectively improve the intelligence of disaster prevention and control.
