摘    要:功能性植物多糖是植物细胞代谢产生,由10个以上,或几百甚至几千个单糖分子通过糖苷键聚合而成的大分子碳水化合物;功能性植物多糖具有抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂、免疫调节、抗肿瘤及调节肠道微生态等多种生物活性,还具有来源广泛、安全无毒、活性高、环境亲和力高等优点,在食品及生物医药领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文主要从植物多糖的结构解析、提取方法,免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗衰老、降血糖及降血脂等生物活性及其作为功能因子的应用等方面的相关研究进展进行综述,旨在为学者的研究和进一步开发利用提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:Functional plant polysaccharides are macromolecular carbohydrates produced by the metabolism of plant cells, which are macromolecular carbohydrates formed by the polymerization of more than 10, or hundreds or even thousands of monosaccharide molecules through glycosidic bonds; It has a variety of biological activities such as blood lipids, immune regulation, anti-tumor, and intestinal microecology regulation. It also has the advantages of wide sources, safety and non-toxicity, high activity, and high environmental affinity. It has broad application prospects in the field of food and biomedicine. This paper mainly reviews the relevant research progress of plant polysaccharides in terms of structure analysis, extraction methods, immunomodulation, anti-tumor, antioxidant, anti-aging, hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic activities and their application as functional factors, in order to provide reference and reference for scholars' research and further development and utilization.
