摘    要:为解决吸丝带上烟丝密度分布不均匀而导致无滤嘴烟支质量控制精度低等问题,对烟支质量控制方法进行了改进。根据烟丝密度呈上密下疏的分布情况,基于烟支质量偏差分别设置不同的转换系数,建立非对称控制方法,当正负偏差绝对值相同时,通过调整压丝轮(或平准盘)高度使烟支质量变化相同;在非对称控制方法的基础上设定偏差阈值,并对较大偏差和较小偏差设置分段转换系数,建立非对称分段控制方法,进一步提高了烟支质量控制准确性。以浙江中烟工业有限责任公司生产的两种规格卷烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:(1)应用非对称控制方法后,两种规格卷烟的偏重烟支和偏轻烟支所占比例差距分别下降4.31、3.31百分点;(2)应用非对称分段控制方法后,烟支质量长期控制标准偏差分别降低16.5%、9.9%,吸阻标准偏差分别降低4.0%、3.9%。该技术可为提高烟支物理指标稳定性提供支持。

Abstract:The method of tobacco rod weight control was promoted by altering the distribution pattern of the tobacco layer sucked on the suction band to achieve higher control precision. Based on the fact that the tobacco layer is increasingly dense in vertical direction from top to bottom, and an asymmetrical control method was developed by setting different conversion coefficients according to the weight deviation of tobacco rod and equalizing the weight variations of tobacco rods through adjusting the height of the pressing wheel (or ecreteur disc) when the positive and negative weight deviations approach the same absolute value. Further, an asymmetrical segmental control method is developed by specifying a deviation threshold value and setting segmental conversion coefficients for larger deviation and smaller deviation to improve control precision. The developed asymmetrical segmental control method was tested with cigarettes of two specifications made by China Tobacco Zhejiang Industrial Corporation Limited. The results showed that: 1) The differences between the proportions of heavier cigarette and lighter cigarette decreased by 4.31 and 3.31 percentage points respectively. 2) The long-term standard deviations of cigarette weight of the two specifications decreased by 16.5% and 9.9%, and the standard deviation of pressure drop decreased by 4.0% and 3.9%, respectively. This technology provides support for improving the physical quality of cigarettes.
