摘    要::随着油气钻井往超深井小井眼方向发展,取心目的层的工况也变得愈趋复杂,常规取心工具无法满足复杂地层条件下的深井取心要求。以现有常规121型取心工具为基础,研制出具有高强度的GQX121型小井眼取心工具。介绍了该工具的结构和工作原理。通过数值模拟分析,校核外筒强度,进行心轴流场特性分析,校核连接螺纹强度。现场应用表明,筒体强度符合规范要求。心轴的分流孔设计为斜孔,使得钻井液在流经分流孔过程中的流速能够平稳过度,避免对流道造成冲蚀。与现有常规取心工具的连接螺纹相比,GQX121型小井眼取心工具的特殊锥螺纹具有更高的强度。

Abstract:Based on the existing conventional 121-type coring tool, a high-strength GQX121-type small hole coring tool was developed. The structure and working principle of the tool were introduced. Through numerical simulation analysis, the strength of the outer cylinder was checked, the flow field characteristics of the mandrel were analyzed, and the strength of the connecting thread was reviewed. Field application shows that the strength of the cylinder meets the specification requirements. The diverter hole of the mandrel is designed as an inclined hole, so that the flow rate of the drilling fluid can be smoothly and excessively in the process of flowing through the diverter hole, to avoid the erosion of the flow channel. Compared with the connecting thread of the existing conventional coring tool, the special tapered thread of the GQX121 small hole coring tool has higher strength.
