高压双筒滤网式除砂器设计研究

摘    要:在油气井生产过程中,随着油气资源不断从井底被开采出来,开采出来的原油含砂、含水量逐渐增加。油井除砂会对油气生产设备造成冲蚀、刺漏甚至是堵塞,使得生产设备的寿命受到较大的影响,造成严重的经济损失。在对国内外现有除砂技术研究的基础上,从经济性角度出发,展开了适用于国内油气除砂的高压双筒滤网式除砂器的设计研究。主要包括除砂器工艺流程设计与总体方案设计; 除砂器关键部件除砂筒的设计、有限元数值模拟以及除砂器工业试验。研究结果表明:所设计的高压双筒滤网式除砂器具有较高的可靠性和现场应用价值。

Abstract:In the production process of oil and gas wells, as oil and gas resources are continuously mined from the bottom of the well, the sand and water content of the mined crude oil gradually increases. Oil well sand removal will cause erosion, puncture, and even blockage of oil and gas production equipment, which will greatly affect the life of production equipment and cause serious economic losses. Based on the research on the existing sand removal technology at home and abroad, from the economic point of view, the design and research of the high-pressure double cylinder filter screen desander for domestic oil and gas sand removalwas carried out. It includes the design of the process flow and the overall scheme design of the desander; the design of the key components of the desanding cylinder, the finite element numerical simulation, and the industrial test of the desander. The research results show that the designed high-pressure double-barrel filter screen type desander has high reliability and field application value.
