摘    要:硬质岩石对PDC钻头切削齿使用寿命的影响极大,导致钻头更换频繁,效率低、成本高。为了给硬质岩石的高效钻进提供理论与技术支撑,国外的研究人员对圆形齿和V形齿的耐用性进行了评价,并采用有限元模拟分析了切削齿的力学性能; 然后,利用圆形齿和V形齿钻头进行了花岗岩和石英岩的全尺寸钻进试验,最后,对圆形齿和V形齿进行了现场评价。研究结果表明:在大多数情况下,V形齿比圆形齿更耐磨,在载荷相同的情况下,V形齿的机械钻速更大。研究结果可为硬质岩石个性化PDC钻头的研制提供理论与技术支撑。

Abstract:Hard rock in field tests has a great influence on the service life of PDC bit cutters, resulting in frequent bit replacement, low efficiency, and high cost. In order to provide theoretical and technical support for the efficient drilling of hard rock, foreign researchers evaluated the durability of round and V-shaped cutters and analyzed the mechanical properties of the cutters by finite element simulation. Full-scale drilling tests of granite and quartzite were performed with round and V-shaped cutters bits. The field evaluation of round and V-shaped cutters bits was performed. The results show that in most cases, the V-shaped cutter is more wearable than the round cutter, and the V-shaped cutter has higher ROP under the same load. The research results can provide theoretical and technical support for the development of personalized PDC bits for hard rock.
