活性硅酸嫁接单金属离子絮凝剂的制备

摘    要:采用正交试验法对活性硅酸及活性硅酸嫁接单金属离子絮凝剂的制备条件进行了优化,并考察了系列单金属离子絮凝剂对炼油污水的除浊效果。结果表明:制备活性硅酸最佳试验条件为:反应时间4 h,硅酸钠质量分数8%,无机酸质量分数30%,搅拌叶采用五爪形。制备单金属离子絮凝剂最佳试验条件为:反应时间8 h,反应温度25 ℃,铝盐溶液质量分数5%,硅铝质量比2∶1。与聚合氯化铝、阴、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺常规絮凝剂相比,系列单金属离子絮凝剂对炼油污水具有很好的除浊效果,浊度去除率最高为96.44%,化学需氧量去除率最高为52.0%。

Abstract:The preparation conditions of active silicic acid and active silicic acid grafted single metal ion flocculant were optimized by orthogonal test and its turbidity removal performance of refinery waste water was investigated. The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions for active silicic acid were reaction time 4 h, sodium silicate mass fraction 8%, inorganic acid mass fraction 30%,stirring type 5 claws, and the optimal preparation conditions of active silicic acid grafted single metal ion flocculant were reaction time 8 h, reaction temperature 25 ℃, aluminum salt solution mass fraction 5%, mass ratio of silicon to aluminum 2∶1.The turbidity removal performance of every activated silicic acid grafted single metal ion flocculant was better than conventional flocculant(such as PAC, CPAM, APAM),its highest turbidity removal rate was 96.44% and its chemical oxygen demand removal rate was 52.0%.
