油管悬挂器U形金属圈密封性能研究

摘    要:在油气开采向深水、高温、高压环境发展的大趋势下,密封技术决定了水下生产系统的可靠性和安全性。 设计了一种水下油管悬挂器出油口处U形金属圈,以密封性能和结构强度2个评判指标来评定金属密封圈的性能。参考AMSE Ⅷ-2中的结构塑性垮塌分析和局部失效的分析方法,结合有限元数值模拟研究U形金属圈在1.5倍额定工作压力的测试压力下的密封性能和结构强度。结果表明:在预紧和生产工况下,U形金属圈的密封性能满足设计要求,其接触唇有效接触宽度上的接触压力均满足预紧比压和工作比压要求。在测试工况下,密封圈整体结构满足防止塑性垮塌和局部失效评定的要求,但密封圈接触唇处易发生局部失效,应重点设计其接触唇的圆弧曲率半径。

Abstract:With the development of oil & gas exploration to deep water, high temperature, and high-pressure environment, the sealing technology determines the reliability and safety of the subsea production system. A U-shaped metal sealing ring at the outlet of the underwater tubing hanger was designed. The performance of metal sealing ring was evaluated by two evaluation indexes: sealing performance and structural strength. Referring to the structural plastic collapse analysis and local failure analysis methods in AMSE VIII-2, combined with finite element numerical simulation, the sealing performance and structural strength of the U-shaped metal ring under the test pressure of 1.5 times the rated working pressure were studied. The results show that the sealing performance of the U-shaped metal seal meets the design requirements under preload and production conditions, and the contact pressure on the effective contact width of the contact lip meets the preload specific pressure and working-specific pressure requirements. Under the test conditions, the overall structure of the seal meets the requirements of plastic collapse prevention and local failure assessment, but the strain limit damage ratio at the contact lip of the seal is small and prone to local failure, and the design of the radius of curvature of the contact lip should be focused.
