计及负荷侧响应的高载能与新能源综合调度研究

摘    要:为了降低弃风或者弃光量,保证电网的稳定运行,研究了计及负荷侧响应的高载能与新能源综合调度策略。分析了高载能负荷企业的电网结构以及高载能负荷出力特性,同时结合新能源综合系统的耦合模型和新能源的负荷特性,针对负荷侧响应需求,采用K-Means聚类算法划分电网区域,计算各个区域内的需接入的高载能负荷值,依据计算结果将高载能负荷接入对应区域内,实现高载能和新能源负荷分区协调控制。测试结果显示,该策略在聚类数量为5时,能够依据新能源汇集接入点以及高载能企业的负荷需求完成电网系统的区域划分,可实现高载能和新能源综合调度,保证电网的稳定运行,避免新能源浪费,峰谷差率低于15%,电网的波动率低于6%。

Abstract:To reduce the amount of abandoned wind or light and ensure the stable operation of the power grid,the comprehensive scheduling strategy of high load and new energy considering the response of the load-side is studied. This paper analyzes the power grid structure and output characteristics of high-load load enterprises,combines the coupling model of new energy comprehensive system and load characteristics of new energy,and divides the power grid region by K-Means clustering algorithm according to the response demand of load side,calculates the high-load load value to be connected in each region. According to the calculation results,the high-load load is connected to the corresponding area to realize the zoning coordination control of high-load and new energy load. Test results show that when the number of clusters is 5,this strategy can complete the regional division of the power grid system based on the new energy convergence access points and the load demand of high-load energy enterprises,achieving comprehensive scheduling of high-load energy and new energy,ensuring the stable operation of the power grid,avoiding new energy waste,with a peak valley difference of less than 15% and a fluctuation rate of less than 6%.
