摘    要:针对催化裂化装置烟气轮机(以下简称烟机)出现的振动振幅偏高问题,考察了烟机不同种类转子、平衡催化剂中含金属量、烟机入口温度、烟机润滑油温度等因素对烟机振动的影响,同时提出了相应的改进措施。结果表明:控制催化剂稀相与密相温差低于10℃,烟机入口温度低于680℃,催化剂稀相质量浓度不高于4 mg/m3,平衡催化剂中0~40μm细粉体积分数大于11%,细粉产生量低于7 t/周,以及烟机润滑油温度为32℃左右,可将再生烟气温度控制在690℃以下,烟气粉尘质量浓度控制在100 mg/m3以下,同时烟机可以平稳运行近10个月。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of high vibration amplitude of flue gas turbine in fluid catalytic cracking unit, the effects of different types of rotors, metal contents in E-cat, inlet temperature and lubricating oil temperature on flue gas turbine vibration were investigated and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward.The results showed that the temperature difference between dilute phase and dense phase of catalyst was less than 10 ℃, and the inlet temperature of flue gas turbine was below 680 ℃, the dilute mass concentration of catalyst was not higher than 4 mg/m3,the volume fraction of 0-40 μm fine powder in E-cat was more than 11%, the output of fine powder was less than 7 t/week,and the lubricating oil temperature of flue gas turbine was about 32 ℃, the temperature of regenerator flue gas was controlled at below 690 ℃, and the flue gas fine dust′s mass concentration was controlled at below 100 mg/m3.Meanwhile, the flue gas turbine could run smoothly for nearly 10 months.
