Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low-yield deep wells with a lifting head within 1800 m in the peripheral oil production plant in Daqing, there are problems such as low pump efficiency, serious rod and tube eccentric wear, and high lifting energy consumption. By optimizing and upgrading the early submersible direct drive screw pump unit, a small displacement and high head submersible direct drive screw pump was developed. According to indoor experiments, the optimized unit can reach more than 60% pump efficiency under the condition of the rated speed of 300 r/min and the lifting pressure within 19 MPa.The field application shows that compared with the pumping unit, it has a better lifting effect. The average pump efficiency has been increased by 48.65%, and the maximum energy saving rate per ton of liquid per 100 meters has reached 65.61%. The matched oil pipe internal wax removal system eliminates the combination of regular chemical dosing and hot washing to remove wax, and the wax is removed promptly and the cost of wax removal is low. It can be seen that the development of the small displacement high-lift submersible direct-drive screw pump not only completely solves the problem of rod and tube eccentric wearing in the lifting process, but also can meet the high-efficiency exploitation of low-yield deep wells with a lifting head within 1 800 m.
