SMT送料器辅助维修校准仪的设计与实现

摘    要:详细介绍了一种SMT送料器的辅助维修校准仪的开发和研制;该系统在硬件上采用工业控制汁算机,通讯协议采用了CAN总线,软件上采用了Visual Basic为编程平台,采用了模块化结构化设计,运用视频图像识别技术,自动测量送料误差,并将修正值写回送料器;实际应用表明,该系统可靠、稳定、校准精度较高,且造价低廉。

Abstract:The development of diagnosing and calibration system for SMT feeder is introduced. An industry computer and CAN bus is used on the system. Software is programmed by Visual Basic, adopt image processing and modularization design technology. This system measures feeding offset of SMT feeder and calibrates it automatically. Practical application shows that the system is reliable, stable and higher precision of calibration, with lower cost.
