| Abstract: | The gasoline synthesis process of MTG（methanol gasoline） technology will generate durene at the same time.Durene is an important organic chemical raw material,which is mainly used to produce pyromellitic acid dianhydride.Qualitative analysis of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for determination of raw material is used in the paper,and separation of durene is carried out by integrated separation technologies of combining distillation with multistage crystallization.Then the quantitative analysis for products is performed by gas chromatography,Effects of reflux ratio,the temperate of tower bottoms,crystallization temperature and crystallization time on separation of durene are investigated.Under optimal distillation and crystallization conditions： reflux ratio 1 and the temperature of tower bottom 190 ℃,crystallization temperature-10 ℃ and crystallization time 4 h,respectively.Under these conditions,the mass fraction of durene can reach 96.5 %,recovery was 90.3 %. |
