变张力单点控制复卷机

本文对影响复卷机纸卷质量的诸因素进行了分析,认为下引纸四点控制式复卷机造价高,中小纸厂难以接受;退纸张力对纸卷紧度的影响大于压区压力的影响;并指出了ZWJ型上引纸复卷机双支承辊差速传动的不合理性;提出了变张力单点控制的理论并设计了一套控制系统用于纸厂,取得了较好的效果。

Single Point" Control Rewinder with Varied Tention

The factors effecting the tightness of paper roll on the rewinder are discussed based on the research results and theoretical analysis. It was found that the effect of unwinded paper tension was higher.than that of the pressure in pressure zone on the tightness of paper roll. This paper points out that various drive design of double supporting rolls used on ZWJ model up-threading rewinder is irrational. It is believed that there is not necessary to adopt the mode of four-point control on the down-threading rewinder (i. e. constant tension control, pressure control in constant pressure zone and differential control of double supporting rolls).A theory of varied tension "single point" control of unwinded paper tension is put forward, a control system designed according to the theory works successfully in the mill."Single point" control of varied tension is suitable for the central-winding type rewinder, single (double) supporting roll and single (double) side surface winding type rewinder. The principle applied on down-threading rewinder should be tested.
