论水环境保护的文化意义

当前,随着我国经济、社会的日益发展,水环境污染问题日益严峻,河湖近岸污染和湖泊富营养化等问题尤为突出.究其原因有很多,但其中最主要的原因是人们的水环境保护意识十分薄弱,致使水环境保护未能形成一种社会氛围.拟从文化的角度,分析水环境保护的文化意义,发挥文化的引导、约束、规范、凝聚和激励功能,将水环境保护上升到文化的层面,提高人们爱水、护水的自觉性,形成保护水环境良好的态势.
