摘    要:采用GC-MS法测定原料药中三氯甲烷溶剂残留。样品和对照以乙醇为溶剂,HP-5ms色谱柱分离,质谱检测器选择离子检测测定了雷贝拉唑钠中三氯甲烷残留。三氯甲烷在方法考察浓度范围内具有良好线性,回归方程A=1190.5C-232.45(C为μg/mL),r=0.9998,平均回收率100.1%,精密度RSD=0.21%。该方法灵敏、准确,可以用于雷贝拉唑钠中三氯甲烷残留量检测。

Abstract:A method for detemination of chloroform in rabeprazole sodium by GC - MS was reported. Samplesand reference were dissolved in ethanol. A HP - 5ms quartz capillary column was used. The chloroform was analyzed by GC - MS with selected ion monitoring mode. Method have good linearity, and the regression equation was A -- 1190.5C (μg/mL) - 232.45, r = 0. 9998, average recovery was 100. 1%, RSD = 0.21%. Method was sensitive and exactive, could be used in the detemination of chloroform in rabeprazole sodium
