摘    要:文章介绍了采用隔油池+调节池+气浮机+混凝沉淀+砂滤池工艺处理船舶含油废水的工程设计、施工和运行情况。结合工程实例,介绍了隔油池、气浮机、混凝沉淀池及砂滤池工艺特点;对调试运行过程中出现的系列问题进行分析、探讨及改进。实践证明:系统正常运转,操作管理方便,出水达到广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)第二时段二级标准。

Abstract:The paper introduced the engineering design, construction and operation of the ship's oily waste water treatment with grease nap + regulating pond + flotation machine + coagulation sedimentation tank + sand filter. Combined with engineering examples, it introduced the technology characteristics of grease trap, flotation machine, coagulation sedimentation tank and sand filter. The range of issues with the process of debugging was discusses and improves. Practice proved that the system ran normally, the operation and management was convenient, and the treatment effect reached the second time level standards of the water Pollution emission standard limits(DB44/26-2001 )in Guangdong.
