电磁脉冲水处理技术在重钢浊环水系统的应用

摘    要:对广泛运用的物理阻垢法作了简单介绍和比较,着重就利用电磁脉冲水处理技术解决高浊、高硬度煤气洗涤水在管道中的结垢问题,实现重钢动力厂浊环水系统的水量平衡,解决污水外排对环境的破坏,产生显著的经济和社会效益作了较为详细的阐述。最后展望了电磁脉冲水处理技术在水处理的应用前景,提出了一些建议。

Abstract:The physical anti-scaling method widely used was presented and compared briefly.The electromagnetic pulse water disposal technology emphasized was used to solve the scaling problem in pipes due to gas scrubbing water with high turbidity and high hardness,so as to realize water balance of the sewage circulation system of the Power Plant of Chongqing Iron & Steel Co,Ltd.and to solve pollution to environment due to the sewage drained out.The significant economic and social benefits produced were presented in detail.The application prospect of the electromagnetic pulse water disposal technology in water disposal was forecasted and some suggestions were offered.
