| 摘 要： | 并行工程是集成地、并行地设计产品及相关过程的系统化方法。它已经成为制造业提高产品质量、缩短开发周期、降低成本的重要手段。把并行工程的思想、方法和技术灵活地运用到建筑业的设计、施工等领域，可以提高建筑业的整体经济效益和市场竞争力。本文分析了并行工程在建筑业应用的必要性与合理性，提出了并行工程在建筑业的应用框架。

| Abstract: | Concurrent engineering is a systematic approach to the integrated,concurrent design of products and the related design process.The approach has become an important means of improving quality of products,shorting development cycles,and reducing cost.It is able to make profit and increase the competition capability of construction industry to apply ideas,methods and techniques of concurrent engineering to the design and operation of the industry.This paper discusses the necessity and reasonableness for applying concurrent engineering to construction industry,for which a framework is proposed. |
