电力工业的健康发展需要宏观调控

本文从我国电力工业发展的实际情况出发,指出当前处理好宏观调控与市场机制双方的作用是我国电力工业发展面临的关键问题。要贯彻执行科学发展观,保证电力工业全面、协调、可持续发展,当前既要加强和改善宏观调控,避免电力工业大起大落,又要积极稳妥地推进电力体制改革和电力市场建设。同时提出了电力工业加强和改善宏观调控的政策建议。

Health Development of China's Electric Power Industry Needs Macro-adjustment and Control

According to the actual situation of China's electric power industry,this paper points out that how to deal with macro-regulation,macro-control and market mechanism have become the critical problems faced by China's electric power industry development. In order to carry out the scientific development concept and insure the comprehensive,harmonious and sustainable development of China's electric power industry,it is needed to strengthen and improve macro-adjustment and control,avoid great ups and downs of the electric power industry,and actively and steadily promote electric power system reform and electric power market construction. The paper also puts out some policy recommendations of strengthening and improving macro-regulation and control of China's electric power industry.
