对吉林省困难企业放射性废物(源)管理问题的探讨

在新的市场经济形势下，一些核技术应用企业面临关闭、停产、半停产的困难局面，在这些变化过程中，放射源管理问题被忽视，相应的管理责任没有相应转移，致使放射源事故隐患严重，丢源事故时有发生。本文在调查分析吉林省困难企业现状的基础上，吸取吉林省辐射环境管理部门近年来对放射性废物的管理经验，提出了几点关于放射性废物（源）收贮对策的建议。

Solution to Problems in Poor Enterprises Involving Radioactive Waste/Source in Jilin Province

In the situation of market economy, a number of nuclear technique application enterprises have been involevd in the difficulities, which include shutdown, stop production and semi stop production. Less importance was given to management of radioactive waste/sources and the management responsibilities were not transferred to other relevant departments, leading to frequent source loss and serious hidden truble. This paper is aimed to give several suggestions on how to collect and store radioactive waste/sources through analysis of the situation in the poor enterprises and by learning lessons and experiences gained in recent years by Jilin Provincial environmental radiation management agencies.
