| 摘 要： | 在热轧卷机上采用清棉师 (Scolase) 10 0T对织物进行退煮漂一浴前处理 ,既有利于产品质量提高 ,又实现了环保要求的低碱前处理。通过小样试验 ,确定了各种含棉织物的生产工艺。文中特别给出在MENZEL热轧卷机和BRUGMAN退浆机上处理棉氨纶弹力织物的大生产工艺

| Abstract: | One bath process of desizing, scouring and bleaching on the hot padder with Scolase 100T benefits not only for the product qua lity, but also for the environment protection due to its low alkali content. Wit h the MENZEL hot padder and BRUGMAN desizing machine, elastic fabric can be succ essfully manufactured, the semi-finished product quality is improved, and fabric varieties are widened, it also features lower energy-consumption and total cost . |
