PBX车削表面的细观形貌与粗糙度研究

摘    要:利用三维视频光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对某奥克托今基PBX试样干车削和加切削液车削产生的表面进行观测,发现存在明显的刀尖划过和未划过的螺旋状车削纹,并在相同车削参数下加切削液车削的较干车削的明显.刀尖划过区域比较平整,切屑脱落后残留的微裂纹和破碎的炸药颗粒在未划过区域清晰可见,区域整体显得极不平整.采用轮廓仪对这种不平整的检测表明车削表面的粗糙度随车削深度、进给量和机床主轴转数的增大而均呈现增大趋势.推导的表面粗糙度经验公式可预测不同工艺参数下的实际表面粗糙度.

Abstract:Surface micro-morphology and roughness are considered as the important indexes of PBX turning surface quality. They affect the interface friction in assembly and transportation processes,and affect the adhesive strength of complicated structural PBX components.
