混凝土结构碳纤维加固技术及其适用性

摘    要:碳纤维加固结构有一定的适用范围,它不适合用于刚度不足、变形过大的结构。在抗弯加固中,截面高度较大的梁可采用较少的碳纤维布;极及扁梁加固中碳纤维布的用量应适中,若碳纤维布用量过多,则会由于强度利用率低、结构变形过大而破坏。用于抗扭加固时,虽然能起一定作用,但并不经济,其效果需进一步研究确定。

Abstract:Technology of concrete structure strengthening with carbon fiber is suitable for particular types of structure. It is not suitable for the structure with less rigidity and more deformation. In bending resistance strengthening less carbon fiber sheet may be better for deep beam, while moderate volume of the sheet is suitable for slab and shallow beam. If more sheet is used, there may be a wastage of strength and the structure may be damaged by greater deformation. Even though there may be some effect when carbon fiber is used for torsion resistance strengthening, it is not cost effective and further research is needed to evaluate the exact effect.
