| 摘 要： | 为了更合理高效地分配船板堆场空间、提高垛位利用率和堆场仓储能力以及加快物流周转，宝山钢铁股份有限公司船板配送中心库场管理系统采用了垛位自动预约技术，即在合同分析和堆场分析基础上，建立堆垛模型，同时考虑各种约束条件，通过模型计算实现垛位的自动预约。2009年垛位自动预约技术投入使用，实际应用效果表明，该技术是一种先进的堆场管理策略，对类似库场管理有借鉴作用。
